If you have tried all the diets and exercise videos that are out there like I have, you may be feeling despondant and miserable. Well after I read the "Body for Life" book, I was transformed, I have a whole new outlook on my life and have been working hard to my dream body. The Success Journal helps me chart my progress everyday and keeps me on track. Each new day has a motivational message from Bill and space to plan your eating, and upper/lower body workouts. Its an invaluable source of information and when you are feeling low , you can look back on your reasons for taking up the BFL challenge and re-motivate yourself everyday.I would definitely recommend this book if you are starting the BFL challenge.It goes hand in hand with the Body For Life Book.
