Book Review: All Hail Hale!!!
Summary: 5 Stars
I've read almost all of Hale's books. The Goose Girl trilogy, the Princess academy. And I finally hunted down a copy of this book and I LOVE IT!!! So much more than the others, which I loved. Most of Hale's books have a lot of innocence lost, which is reality. But even as Dashti learns more and more of the outside world, she's determined to keep her own opinions and not let others influence it. Lady Saren got on my nerves, probably cause I would have violently killed her rather early on. But by the end of the story I was glad she was there.
I loved that there were pictures. I love pictures in a story, no matter what age limit. Authors are too often told that they have to let the reader envision the story for themselves, but each book is special to it's writer, and Iw as glad I got to see Hale's characters as they were.
