If you have the nagging feeling that others control your life, Boundaries will help. Their premise is simple: If we want to have some control over our feelings and actions, we have to set limits (boundaries). The examples they use are drawn from both biblical, and clinical references.
Written in a somewhat academic style. The authors bring God and the Bible into the center of the self-help industry. It could change the way you view christian charity.
