I really liked this tape alot!I have MANY of Kelly Howell's tapes.I discovered them from my mom and my brother last year!I've been a fan of her tapes for a year now! They DO work and I cant wait to see what tapes she makes in the future! They help me relax after a hard day at work or a hard work out!They are worth the money!:) You wont be dissapointed!Book Review: It Really Works!!!

"The cumulative training effect is so profound, you'll experience an evolutionary leap in your consciousness." It's a bold claim. But after using this CD, I'm a believer!!! I followed the instructions and listened to this CD for 30-60 minutes everyday for 6 weeks(and continue to do so). Since then, I've noticed my memory and cognitive skills have improved. It's hard to explain, but I just think more effectively now. I have fewer mental blocks and I don't get overwelmed when taking in new complex information. This CD may not make you a genius, but you'll notice that your brain will operate more consistently at it's full potential. If you go to Brain.com, you can read more about the brain wave technology it uses to stimulate the different functions of your brain. The best part is that you don't have to do puzzles and exercises for this to work. You just pop on the headphones and relax. I wouldn't even try to put a price on increasing my intellectual capacity, but it's certainly been worth $15 many times over.

I bought this CD with Deep Learning by the same author and it has been very beneficial. I haven't listened to this CD as much as Deep Learning and do not quite know the difference between the two. I am not an expert of this phenomena, so, the background music between the Brain Power and Deep Learning sounds quite similar. For $13 and some change, if my capacity to learn improve by 1%, then, it is worth my investment. I gave a 4 out of 5 because of my lack of knowledge in the music.
