Book Review: A Fantastic book
Summary: 5 Stars
I was given this book a few years ago and love it. I actually own the US version (I live in LA) and it completely reinspired me to get back into bread making. I was bought a bead maker and the recipe book that came with it did the job well enough for a while. The breads in this book, though, are so varied and you'll want to try them all. I make notes in my copy to remind me of the taste and texture of each loaf I make. I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys making and eating a variety of breads.
