Breastfeeding Made Simple is my favorite basic breastfeeding book for new moms. As a Childbirth Educator and Doula I work with new parents all the time. Nancy has laid out excellent information in a clear and readable style. The information is based in current research and years of experience. The format is chronological so a new mom can read about the first few days, then the first weeks, then the first months, etc. Changes that occur over time are explained. I give this book to my students to help their knowledge, skills and courage.
