I absolutely love this book. The recipes are fast and easy to make and the nutritional breakup (by fat, carbs, proteins, etc) was nice to see. The lowfat Lemon Cheesecake is amazing, Susan is a goddess! I made it for all my friends and no one could believe it was so low in fat. You have to get this book!
