The cakes in this book are stunning! Amazing colours with an interesting take on the tiered cake. If you want to create a wedding/celebration cake with a difference, this book will certainly give you 'food for thought'. The techniques on how the shapes are acheived are really clever. I personally was hoping for a few more cakes that aren't tiered or 'cake like'. Definitely a book of inspiration for all professional cake decorators.
