Have you ever seen a film that was so good in unexpected ways that you walk out of the thetaer so fully satisfied it was as if you'd seen two really good movies? Reading Allan Weisbecker's latest book is like having the same movie going experience I described. I was able to read the the UK version of Can't You Get Along With Anyone and it was incredible. I've long been an admirer of Weisbecker's work, but his latest is without equal, a real nonpareil if you will. It will bring oprah to her knees it is so good. I could not put it down book and as I was approaching the end of reading it, I became delirious from the sheer quality of his writing and the incredible scope of his narrative. Hot damn if this isn't the most vicarious reading experience I've had in years; and I already know of friends who will dig this book for reasons other than surfing, synchronicity, and true crime.It's worth more than the cover price, it is worth your time.
