If jail and celebrity status changes people, it sure ain't this dude. Once out of jail, he falls right back into his criminal lifestyle. Read continues to bluntly describe his world of crime and revenge. He makes no bones about slagging criminals and corrupt members of law enforcement. Just like he gives no excuse for his harsh treatment of drug dealers and their ilk. Regardless of how much trouble Chopper gets himself into, he still tosses out a line of wit or piece of poetry.
