Book Review: Making money off other people's stories

I was searching for college related stories. I thought this might make a good buy and then started wondering where all the stories come from. Naturally, they are from the "author's" website where basically he asks people to post them for free, give up all rights to the stories, and then he reprints them for $9.95 a book. The original authors are never compensated for their stories. Strangely, that is actually not what I have issues with. Why buy this book when you can read most of the stories for free on the website already? Frankly the majority are puerile and scatological. In short, not worth the $9.95.
