Book Review: Excellent book. Great pictures. Super recipes.
Summary: 4 Stars
Fantastic recipes with step-by-step color photos. My only criticism is the book was written for English and European readers so the measurements are given in either English Imperial or metric. Claudia provides a conversion chart in the beginning of the book but does not think to include US proportions. That's an unfortunate oversight in an otherwise excellent recipe book.
