Quick to the point without any extra "fluff", I was able to finish my copy in one sitting. I have to admit looking at the book's web site and being able to see foreclosure listings and properties for sale was proof that sales do go up and properties are being sold cheaply in the secret world of tax auctions.Book Review: A good buy
