Book Reviews of Conditioning for DanceBook Review: A must for all dancers trying to improve their techniqueI recomend this book very highly I am returning to dance after a year out and this book has really helped me get back to my standard and surpass it. It uses a resistance technique with thera-bands and balls. It gives a great look at ways to use your mind as well as your body to train and the exercises are fantastic. It does every part of the body from improving your arches in the feet and extention of the leg to releasing the tension in your shoulders, without doing the same old boring exersices. A really good way to improve your performance from head to toe. |
