Book Review: For fans only.
Summary: 4 Stars
I've been a big fan of Sonic Youth for around 2 years now and i've always found it hard to find information about them. They are one of those bands that don't seem to insight journalists to write for too long.This book gave me more information than i'd ever had access to before, and for that it gets 4 stars alone. It goes from each members life a little, the early no-wave scene and the formation of the band and beyond.
The only flaws with the book is that it is a little dull in places, so i'd only recomend it to hardcore fans only. Its not as accesible compared with a book like 'Heavier Than Heaven' (Kurt Cobains autobiography) but to Sonic Youth fans its recomended reading.
