I finished this book in one day, simply because i wanted to know what was going to happen with D and Lena....if you liked ChoiceS, you will LOVE Consequences!!!! Everything is sooooo much better in this one, you will be laughin, gasping, you may even want to shed a tear or two...
you will definitely read a certain section, close the book, just to look at the character on the front...and continue reading, lol! This, by far, exceeded any expectations that i had...my friends and I are still taLking about "D" and "Cooley"...Misha, well that's a whole different story, lol!

Book Review: Totally Worth the Wait

So like many I have been waiting on this book for a very long time. I got my book this morning, finished it, and now I am very very upset....
I'm upset that I'm done. WOW is all I can say. I could not put this book down. I can't believe the direction some of the characters have taken but it was wonderful. You can see Skyy's growth in this book. The sex scenes were AMAZING so much better than in Choices. The characters are well written. Denise shows a new side to herself and so does Cooley who I think grew the most out of everyone. Carmen, all I can do is shake my head at her. MISHA all I can do is shake my head at her. I feel like I have seriously been on a roller coaster and I'm ready to ride again.
Skyy is the lesbian version of E. Lynn Harris. I don't want to read another book I want to see this become a movie. This book was well worth the wait.
Kudos Skyy I am very very impressed.
Book Review: Way Better Than Choices.. Loved it!

I read "choices" about a week ago..and couldnt help but follow up by reading "consequences"..What can i say, what a great book..Alot more drama and intrigue. Lots of my questions were answered but then alot more where raised by the end of this sequel.Tons more detailed sex scenes, and new characters. Im just mad because this book was made in 2009 so the prequel is probably not going to be released any time soon.. IM telling you this book well have you reading for hours on end!!Book Review: Where can I find a Cooley !!!

This book was a great follow up to Choices. I thought the sex was hot, made me want to look for a Cooley aka Carla, and Denise. The drama between all of these characters was a mess! Skyy touched on many subjects: love, betrayal, Aids,infidelity, pregnancy, bisexuality and mental illness. How do we find ourselves in these situations, sexing at will, no matter what it costs or who it hurts. Setteling for someone, even when they reveal there truths to us. How do we convince ourselves that we can change or love someone who is unloveable or unchangeable?
My favorite couple was Carmen and Nic; Nic loved Carmen thru her hurt even when Carmen didn't love herself enough to see how beautiful she was. Even stepping back to let her see what she was missing. We all need a love like that.
My only problem was keeping up with the characters. I found myself getting a little confused, but in the end it was still a good read.
Pick up Consequences, pour yourself a glass of something and get ready for the ride.

Omg, Skyy has just out done herself with Consequences! This book was just as good as Choices, if not better! I freaking forgot I was on vacation because I couldnt put this book down! Great read and I look forward to many more mind-blowing and edge of your seat books, by Skyy!
