Book Review: Fantastic cookie book!

I love this book!
I recently purchased it as I wanted to make some seasonal cookies and thought the design ideas looked really good.
Firstly, the cookie decorating sections are fantastic. They are divided into 2 sections, Holidays and Seasons & Celebrations, with each of these covering topics like winter, valentine's day, showers and weddings etc. Each them has a page of gorgeously decorated cookies with corresponding clear instructions showing how to decorate each one.
Following this the book covers all the equipment you need and all the basics of icing. There are some excellent cookie recipes and clear piping instructions. I also thought the section on 3d cookies was really fun.
Lastly, there is a really detailed chapter on storage and packing your cookies for sale etc.
It is important to note that this is an American book so some translation of recipes is needed. However, a quick search on the internet and/or purchase of some American cup measures should help those unsure of American weights and terms.
For all those beginning to bake and decorate cookies, this book is absolutely essential and for the more experienced, the tips and design techniques are incredibly useful, I can't praise this book enough.
