Book Review: I LOVE THIS BOOK!!!

I've always had more than a few extra pounds on my frame. So when then new year came around I decided, like a lot of people to make a resolution to lose weight. Well, I ordered this book and began following the recipies within and I have lost over 40 pounds within the last few months! Just remember no seconds ;)
One thing that always kept me from eating "light" foods before was lack of taste, but here I have been delving through this book and have only found a single recipe that did not taste wonderful. The creaters of this book have done an excellent job of putting together recipes to help people begin eating right and losing weight.
