Book Review: A recipe for just about any kind of whim

Here's the truth-- I ordered this cookbook over a year ago. I didn't think I'd like it. In looking back, I had convinced myself that Cooking Light recipes meant I had to sacrifice flavor. So, this book gathered dust. Now, I'm in a different frame of mind. I gained weight, in the two years I got into my food blog. I revisited this cookbook and have bookmarked a LOT of recipes. I plan to cook from this book a lot more, and have bookmarked peppermint ice cream, rice pudding with pomegranate molasses, whole grain breads and quite a few dinner recipes. There are plenty of photos, and I have to say that I really like the idea of having the nutritional values. I'll report back and will post the recipes on my food blog.
