I have ATK's "The New Best Recipe," which is an amazing cookbook. I received this for my birthday and was a little concerned it would be a regurgitation of TNBR, but I've found it to be anything BUT! I like the reduced portions, and there are also great tips throughout the book on cookware, ingredients, and ways to use up excess ingredients. So far, I've made the Crunchy Baked Pork Chops, Mushroom Pasta, Pan-Roasted Chicken and Vegetables, and Tortilla Casserole. All have been INCREDIBLE! This has quickly become my favorite cookbook - and I have quite the collection!
