Book Review: High quality, useful and easy to follow advice!

Summary: A very useful book to any man who is struggling with less than pleasing performance.
This book approaches the problems of PE in a very simple, logical fashion. Michael Metz goes into useful detail about the many causes of PE, helps the reader to diagnose their own problems and suggests a range of simple exercises to improve performance. He offers no amazing solutions (because there are none in this area, despite what others may claim), just straight forward advice.
Metz's techniques are very easy to follow if you are prepared to devote the necessary time and effort to them (and I would definately advise this). Some seem a little "silly" or mechanical, however all have a purpose and are backed up with good explanations. In the end, if you follow the advice, you will see very positive results.
My only slight reservation with this book is that several of the the more advanced exercises require a willing partner. If you are in a good relationship, this should be fine as they are fun and will add new dimensions to your enjoyment of each other. As a single man, you may have to make do with slightly lesser improvements initially, but know that long term you'll be in a much better position.
For the price and the return on investment, I would definately advise any man (single or coupled) worried about performance to read this book.
