Book Review: An outstanding documentation of the Peruvian government corruption practices.

This book is a well documented history of Peruvian corruption since the colony days until the government of President Alejandro Toledo (2006). Alfonso W. Quiroz was able to provide evidence data straight to the point with a writing style that motivates the reader to finish the book. Quiroz not only exposes the Peruvian government corrupted practices but other private entities and foreign governments which either join the feast or look the other way.
