My type of cookbook! It presents the recipes in an interesting manner, not only do you receive the nutritional value of the recipes, but also "fact & fiction" regarding foods. The authors, Janet & Greta, also include a tidbits of information titled "ex-files". Also, I love the graphics/illustrations. It is definitely not your traditional cookbook, it's better. I've made the "Fee, Fie Faux Fried Chicken" recipe for the family and they loved it. I can't wait to try out more recipes.
