"Creating Madness" by Andrew J Rafkin is about the O.R.C.A. (Oceans Reconnaissance Commission and Associates) team. It is a fast paced intriguing book that starts off right away with action when a terrorist's dirty bomb explodes in the waters of Galveston, Texas. This is just the beginning of the madness. Raitreef (Reef) Johansson is a retired commander in the Navy SEALS who is placed in charge of construction. There are many interesting characters such as Alexis Mikos who is a former Greek Secret Service Agent and she is very beautiful and dangerous. Kim Su Hon is a North Korean Naval Commander who is filled with hate due to the death of his family during the Korean conflict.
There is much action as the O.R.C.A. is trying to save the world. This book is well written and well researched. It will keep you interested.
