One of the most complete resources for muscle strength tests, this covers in detail: testing, ROM, grading and anatomy of every muscle.There is some useful advice regarding therapist position and patient position as well as key verbal instructions.The final chapters include detailed ready reference sections including;skeletal muscles orgins & insertions, functions and innervations; Axial motion and the respective muscles and nerves involved; Cranial and Perpherial nerves and the muscles they innervate.A must have resource for Sports rehabilitators, Physiotherapists, Massage therapists and anyone involved with musculoskeletal assessment!
In addition I would highly recommend "Diagnosis and treatment of movement impairment syndromes" by Shirley A. Sahrmann
