I just finished reading "Dead Poets Society" by N.H. Kleinbaum and I have been greatly inspired by it. Dead Poets Society is about a group of young boys in they're high school years. They go to a high-maintence all-boy school, where they are pushed towards excellence. Along with this stress, they are forced to join certain clubs, societies, etc. Todd Anderson and some of his friends, go to Welton Academy, and are inspired by the new english teacher Mr.Keating. Keating teaches them poetry beyond textbooks and worksheets. Todd and his friends soon find out about the Dead Poets Society, and meet in a nearby cave, just like the long-ago Dead Poets did, which Mr.Keating once belonged to. In cave they become free, and express themselves in a way they'd never imagined. The boys' live change because of Mr.Keatings, but the authorities have they're doubts. The authorities disapprove of Mr.Keating's way of teaching, and of the secret Dead Poets Society. The pledges of the club soon become to realize that they're dreams and inspirations couldn't compete with the demand of the authorities.
