Book Review: Great book on cleansing our bodies

This book helped me understand what happens to our bodies, why we become sick and how to get rid of those toxins. I have been researching Far Infrared Saunas and came across this author. She highly recommends them and this book gives all the history and why as to the results of FIRS. I cannot say anything bad about this book... it really is one of my favorite health books!Book Review: Great book, could be a lifesaver!

I just got this book so I have skimmed it so far but it has all the information I was looking for to detox in a clear and friendly form. It is amazingly complete and I am very excited to start writing out my own detox plan from it.Pam

If you're buying the book, chances are you've already researched a good deal into detoxification for one reason or another and probably already know many of the good things. What I don't get is why people in this field continue to tout several elements of detoxification which don't work or are entirely fake like ionized water. Just makes people think all of it is fake, when we all know that's not the case.Book Review: Highly recommended

This book was a little repetitious and could have been organised a little better, but I didn't think it was even remotely as bad as some reviews here have suggested. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to read and take notes from.
The content was very solid. I'd recommend this book very highly to anyone with M.E. or any other severe chronic disease. There is also a summary of the parts on FIR saunas that is available as a free PDF which is exceptionally good. I wish so much I had had this book many years ago.
