Book Review: Alfred Hitchcock's 'Phycho' fictional? Think again!

This is a great book for true crime fans who like the events told as a type of story, but an average book for others who want specific details of Ed Gein's crimes. Its good how it combines the reasons of Gein's insanity between the lonley and desolate fields of Plainfield-Wisconsin and his fanatical relegious mother. Crimes of Gein's was unheard of in 1957 it was unprecidented, and still as you read today his crimes are unbelievable and disturbingly fasinating. It falls down in telling less about phycology, it mostly describes the events as they happen. However it is still a good read about a man who was in conflict wheter to agree or disagree with his mother even after she died. A decent book without glorifying his crimes will have you thinking about the thoughts in Geins head, and ways this could have been averted.
