This book is fantastic.You will laugh.It is great. I bought one at my childs book fair to give as a birthday present.Best gift I have bought for an 8 year old he loved it. His mother says he has read it 17 times to count now.He is more motivated to read now.So I have bought one to give my son for christmas who loves to read on a regular basis.This book is an inspireing find,for one child out there that I know of.Thanks Jeff Foxworthy for Dirt on my shirt.Book Review: Excellent book

I am delighted with this book, honestly I dind't expect the book to be so good and funny but it is indeed!!
I use this book to teach English and my students love the rhymes and images of the book, they really enjoy each class when the book is used.
Congratulation for such a wonderful writting style and edition!!

Jeff Foxworthy doesn't disappoint with his humorous poetry. Both great for children ages 4-8 and adults too, each verse takes a different twist on things we come in contact with everyday, from dirt on your shirt to -are we there yet?, hide-and-seek, friends, uninvited guests, wishing and fishing, noises, and snakes. As always, Jeff has to bring his family into the picture making fun of relatives from Grandma, Grandaddy, Uncles, Aunties, and Cousins which will sure to make kids grin. A wonderful way to introduce young children to poetry. They are sure to want to read it over, and over, and over again! (In addition, the pictures are outstanding and fun, too!)
