Book Review: A HUGE waste of time

I bought this book in the midst of a career switch in hopes that it would guide me to better suited careers. After I took the tests, I realized that the entire premise of the book is very off base. Sure it is good to do things that come easy to you to avoid unnecessary frustration, but the book completely ignores the idea that you should do things that INTEREST you. That's great that I am good at Logic and Clerical work, but the careers that came up with those descriptions are things I have no interest in. This book completely ignores the important questions to ask such as "What is a career that I am interested in or passionate about?" "Will this career provide the lifestyle I want and perpetuate the values that are important to me?" "Is my personality well suited for the job?"
This is one of the WORST books I have ever read on the topic of career advice. I would recommend "Do What You Are" or "What Should I Do With My Life" by Po Bronson. Those are much more inspirational and informative.
