Book Review: Captures the spirit of the game
Summary: 4 Stars
Unlike the manga based on the first Disgaea game, this adaptation of the sequel is very close to the style of the graphics that have made the series so popular and taps into the often bizarre but always amusing world in which they take place.
As with the first games manga, this follows the basic plot of the game, but features more of the actual on screen events that those who have played it will recall.
The space between the action is filled with character interaction that is well grounded in the personalities that are portrayed in the game. Rozalin is haughty, Adell is gung-ho and Tink is, well, just Tink.
