Life is too short to stress over the millions of things that happen to us every day. As a mother of 2 toddlers, with aging parents, a demanding job, a household to keep ... and of course my wonderful husband! I don't have time to let stress eat away at my time. This book has help to ground me and identify the important things in my life that deserve my focus and time. I highly recommend it!Book Review: Small Stuff it is.

I love the little bits of wisdom in this book. You can pick it up at any time, turn to any place in the book, and read a short page or two that will remind you that you have no reason to be stressed out! I sat and read through it all in a day and then used it to pick up and read as a daily reminder. I bought it years ago & still don't sweat the small stuff! Book Review: Excellent book!

This is a great little book. 100 small chapters that is an easy read. Better if read a little at a time (like over a few months). It can give you that thoughtful perspective on the little things in life... and help keep them little. I liked it so much I bought it for friends and the people I supervise at work. It's not the end-all, be-all of self-help books, but if you have an open mind, the lessons can improve your life.
