Book Review: Inter-weaving biography of two of music's most tragic losses

This book deals with the lives and music of 60's folk/rock musician Tim Buckley and his son Jeff Buckley. There aren't too many biographies of these amazing musicians available so when i found one (being a fan of both parties music) I snapped it up and read eagerly.I wasn't dissapointed either, the way the author weaves Tim and Jeff's lives together allows the reader to understand that the two men (although they never properly met despite being father and son) were like each other in so many ways. Chapters lead on from each other and the reader sees the two artists almost suffering the same burdens and the same talent.
This book wasn't written by just anyone who thought they could write a book about 2 of the worlds most under-rated muscians, he seems to care intensely about both of them and gives a touching and ultimately emotive rendition of each man's story from birth to death and everything inbetween.
This is everything a Jeff/Tim Buckley fan could want out of a biography but if you just dip into their music now and again this book will be far too indepth for your interest. But for anyone out there who is deeply interested in understanding the Buckley's better, I urge you to buy this book NOW!
