Book Reviews of Driven To Distraction : Recognizing and Coping with Attention Deficit Disorder from Childhood Through AdulthoodBook Review: very helpful Summary: 5 StarsIf you wish to become more informed on the topic of ADD and ADHD,then this book is a "must read". The format is easy to read and understand. The reader can identify with one or more of the many examples and scenarios outlined in the book. I found it to be extremely helpful in understanding what ADD is really all about and what it feels like for my daughter to live with ADD.
In addition, I now recognize symptoms of adult ADD as well.
