Book Reviews of Driver #8Book Review: Driver #8 Summary: 5 Stars
An intense look into the life of a young race car driver's rookie season. Ups and downs, wins and losses and how each outcome is handled by this "young" man. An amazing "ride along" with the driver, race by race. I have a different outlook regarding drivers, pit crews and all involved in the racing business since reading this book. I really loved the kinship between all the teams. I don't think you find that type of friendship in other sports. It's a "must read" for all Nascar fans!
Book Review: Driver #8 Summary: 5 Stars
This book was well worth the cost. I couldn't put it down. Driver #8 gives such insight into Nsacar that it made me love the sport, and Dale Earnhardt Jr., even more. This book took me through the full range of emotions, from laughter to tears.
Book Review: Driver #8 Rocks! Summary: 5 Stars
This was one of the best books I have ever read, and I read a lot. I could not put it down. This gives you a candid look, not only at the day to day dealings of NASCAR, but at Jr. himself. This is a definite must read for any NASCAR fan, even if you aren't a fan of Driver #8.
Book Review: Driver #8 is GREAT! Summary: 5 Stars
Driver #8 is a well written, hard to put down book! I found it to be very entertaining and recommend it highly to all NASCAR fans!
Book Review: Emontional book for race fans Summary: 5 Stars
This book had me laughing all throghout the book and had me crying at the end. It was very informative and written to where people who do not undestand the technical aspects of racing could still understand what they were talking about. Also gave an insiders view on what it's like to be famous in NASCAR racing and have all that pressure but if foul language offens you you should pass on this book but if not then great b/c this is a great book.
