Book Review: Love this book and I am not Vegan!
Summary: 5 Stars
I am not a Vegan but am trying to make healthy lifestyle changes. This book is awesome, great ideas, lots of flavor in the recipes and most will work with adding a bit of diced chicken or whatever. My husband will not eat it otherwise! Have already noticed a change in my well being. I much prefered this over the Engine Book, which was lacking in variety of recipes.
