Have just got the books and have started looking at the one with the recipes. There are some good recipes, and I particualrly like his diagrams that help you create your own soup or salad. Very innovative and very helpful way of planning your meals.
A big minus however is that many (if not most) recipes include products that are not available in the UK (have never heard or seen them), many of which seem to be Dr. Fuhrmans own (mainly vinegar which you can substitute with other flavored vinegars). I really dislike when authors flog their own products, particularly to this extent, but i'll try not to let it prevent me getting use out of this book.
All in all good for ideas on how to include more vegetables in your diet, but be aware of the american product references!
