Book Review: Best "diet" book ever

A friend recommended this book. I love it. I've lost 15 lbs in about 2 months with 40 min of cardio about 5 times a week. You eat 6 times a day, you can choose from a variety of meals. They taste good, have low sodium. You get one free day a week. I dont always follow the dinners because I dont expect my bf to eat healthy with me- i just try to watch my proportions, but i've still lost weight. Its easy! a lil pricey to get started but its worth it!

Book Review: Best Cookbook I Have!

This cookbook is definitely worth buying! I think it's wonderful even for those who aren't following the BFL program. I know some of the other reviews have mentioned that the recipes don't include nutrition information, and that sometimes "unauthorized" foods are used. SO WHAT?

As the cook of the house, the things that I look for are 1)healthy recipes, 2)simple ingredients that I would have in the house and 3) easy to prepare. This cookbook includes all of those things. Plus- everything I have made so far has been excellent! I also like that it gives you servings and size (ex: 2 cups), which many books don't.

My one gripe is that some of the recipes call for Splenda or Butter Buds or other somewhat unatural products. I just don't use these and substitute other ingredients that I like better for them.

My advice- buy the book and enjoy!

This is a fantastic cookbook. I use it almost everyday. The recipes are delicious and simple to make. This cookbook provides so many different options and includes pictures. I highly recommend this cookbook.

Book Review: Best Health Cookbook I Have Ever Bought!

I have tried health cookbook after health cookbook but this one IS THE BEST! You actually get to eat REAL food that tastes GOOD and everything is easy to make. You don't feel like you're being deprived when following Bill's plan and it has helped me to lose weight and body fat. I would recommend this book to anyone looking for healthy, great tasting, easy to make recipes that you can make for yourself and your entire family. I have yet to try the desserts in this book, but I can't wait to...they look delicious! I appreciate Bill including the Nutrition Shake portion of the cookbook as well since those can be a meal substitute when there is no time to cook.

Book Review: Best book of healthy recipes!

We eat a recipe from this book probably 4-5 nights per week. This book is really amazing and we have been eating from these recipes for nearly a year. Here is why:

(1) It is really unbelievable how good every one of the recipes is -- usually you like some, but we literally like everyone one that we have tried (and we have tried most of them)
(2) The variety is huge
(3) Everything is very healthy
(4) Everything is very simple, and reasonably quick to make

Don't hesitate buying this one!!
