Book Reviews of Eating For LifeBook Review: Best program I've ever done! Summary: 5 Stars
I've been using the Eating for Life program for several weeks and the results are unbelievable. Finally a program that is based on what we all know - you need to eat right and exercise more. Eating 6 times a day makes a huge difference, especially supplemented with protein. I would also suggest his book Body for Life which covers the exercise part of the program.

Book Review: Bill Phillips Rocks! Summary: 5 Stars
I bought this book for my husband and I. We have been successful on the Body for Life lifestyle change. I had tried Atkins and got very ill and ended up in the emergency room on IV due to dehydration. The Body for Life program is realistic and is based on what we all know to be true. Eating right and exercise = weight loss, energy and a healthier you! This book expounds on his ideas from Body for Life, and then takes you into some delicious recipes. This is a must for all Body for Lifers! And it is a great start for those just now considering Bill Phillips as a guide. Highly recommend.

Book Review: Boring Recipes Galore Summary: 2 Stars
This book had very few recipes that I really want to try out. And the pictures leave little to be desired. When you see the finished product of a recipe in picture form, it should make you want to make it and eat it. Mostly, all I wanted to do was turn the page...quickly. I should have kept my money in my pocket or spent it on something else.
