It has all the facts about nutrition: how much protien a pregnant woman should have; how much folic acid; how much weight she should gain, etc. But best of all it has recipes. Recipes which taste good and have ingredients available at a local supermarket. After being scared into what I had to eat and couldn't eat, it is a delight to realise that so much enjoyable, easy to cook food is also virtuous and good for me! |
