Book Reviews of Eckhart Tolle's Findhorn Retreat: Stillness Amidst the World: A Book and 2 DVD Set

Book Review: A Great Listen and Read!
Summary: 5 Stars

I really enjoyed watching this DVD of Eckhart and purchased this after reading "A New Earth" I also loved the fact that this was made in Scotland where I was born and raised until coming to the US as an adult. He has a very calm way about him and an amusing sense of humor..great little book with beautiful photo's but the DVD is a huge plus and well worth the money.

Book Review: I loved this but . . .
Summary: 2 Stars

I love the book, unfortunately the dvds were defective, so I would wait to buy this untill they get a sgipment in that workd. What I was able to see/listen to, I did appreciate.

Book Review: Stillness
Summary: 5 Stars

Probably one of the best books and video I have ever gotten. Truly let's you know just how noisy you are. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for spiritual guidance!!

Book Review: TOLLE IS A REAL CHARMER
Summary: 5 Stars

Wonderful humor, quiet clarity, and sense of how to live in a world of time and fast paces. Tolle seems like a fine person, one you'd like to know. Gentle but very clear and illuminated. Worthwhile! I suggest checking out Harold Klemp's DVDs and books for another, more comprehensive, spirirual "path." Just my personal viewpoint. Obviously we all have different needs in our journey in love and consciousness!

Book Review: The Real Deal
Summary: 5 Stars

In my most sincere opinion, if you want to truly wake up -- right now -- listen to Eckhart Tolle.
He is a genuine human being who clearly explains how our identification with thoughts creates/perpetuates suffering, and how simple it is to leave those thoughts behind and be present.
