Book Review: Such a useful tool remains illegal...

An early reference is made to music too. Claudio Naranjo was at an ARUPA meeting, and "To my astonishment, everybody who spoke there professed to believe that the best way to take people on an MDMA trip is to urge them to withdraw into listening to music." I think this was in the late sixties, and is the earliest reference I could find relating to music.

An interview with Emmanuel Sterios (DanceSafe) is also included. DXM and PMA are discussed, along with how the badly the "Just Say No" model works (or doesn't).

But by far, my favourite chapter is "Prescription For A Cultural Renaissance". Starts off talking about coffee, when it was first used and when young people used it to stay up way into the night, and continues into a great description of how the "dance" creates a community and a place everybody can express themselves freely. Excellent reading!
