I bought this book in used condition , i am a apprentice struggling with the maths involved with electrical installation and planning . This book is not much help it is printed prior to the 17th edition and still works on 240 volts , lighting calcs are all worked out on watts per square feet and there is lots of calcs involving 120v room heaters ? and 120v garbage disposal units ? cook tops ? and clothes dryers ? the fact that the first price on the book is in Dollars tells it all this book is more at home with American and Canadian workers .
So if like me you are looking to improve your domestic installers calcs then dont bother spending money on this one.
At least i got it cheap .
