Book Review: CFQ: A life-changing practice

This book, which explains the principles of CFQ qi gong, is a necessary resource for anyone practicing CFQ qi gong. In addition to providing a historical background of Sifu Yap's development of the practice, it also clearly explains the postures and other relevant information.
I have been lucky enough to learn about and practice CFQ qi gong under Sifu Yap during his annual visits to Barcelona. Practicing CFQ (almost) daily, I have released many emotional blockages, opening myself up to more fulfilling relationships (and decreasing my tendency towards bossiness, stress, negativity and fear); eliminated the aches and pains associated with damp, humidity and incipient arthritis and improved my general physical, emotional and spiritual well-being, allowing me to become a more relaxed, happier, and more centered individual capable of living in the present moment.
The CFQ method is incredibly easy to learn, and even easier to practice (with self discipline). The movements are to be done " softer than soft," with no exertion, making them accessible to most. Practicing CFQ a minimum of 15 minutes a day will achieve results, although further results can be achieved when devoting more time to the postures and meditation. Practitioners can choose to delve into the more spiritual foundations of CFQ or simply follow the exercises. Either path provides noticeable results.
I highly recommend any of his books for people interested in releasing energy blockages and finding energetic balance (mental, emotional, spiritual and physical).
