I CAN ONLY EXPRESS THE VALUE OF THIS BOOK AS AN AWAKENING TO THE ENERGY I HAVE IGNORED WITHIN MYSELF. YOU WILL GET A BETTER WITNESS OF THIS AWAKENING BY PURCHASING DONNA'S THREE VIDEO SET, "ENERGY HEALING". IN EACH VIDEO, DONNA JUST UNSELFISHLY SHARES HOW TO STIMULATE THIS ENERGY WITHIN US. BOTH ARE EXCELLENT COMPANIONS TO EACH OTHER. 'ENERGY MEDICINE' HAS AN EASY READING TO IT WITH MORE DETAIL IN EXPLANATION. THE VIDEO SET 'ENERGY HEALING' FULLFILS THAT SAYING "SEEING IS BELIEVING". I have had the privilege of attending classes taught by Donna in person. She is a wonderful lady, acknowledged as a master healer by all but herself, who sees auras and subtle energies. Donna had major health problems and ended up in a wheelchair, with multiple allergies and MS, told she would never walk again. Donna made a full recovery (over some years) using the self-help techniques she teaches in her book.I had serious chronic health issues when I stumbled across one of Donna's classes. She opened the door to my own healing. As a result of meeting her I am now a professional kinesiologist and am still studying advanced healing techniques that are helping my health issues to slowly resolve - as well as helping others.
Donna is the most vital person I have ever met - so much so that it is hard to believe she was so ill at one time. She is now in worldwide demand, her very presence heals - yet she remains completely humble and delightful.

10 Stars!!! The word-pictures Donna paints - telling of her own experiences make me envious! I feel left out in some way, but I feel sure that I can come up to her level given time & following the teaching... Very grateful that the book is out here for us to read and gain insights to a wonderfull process. I have given the book to others as a gift, I only wish I had found it sooner - but probably wasn't ready earlier. :) Great explanations on 'how to do it' abound, and it is a worthy reference for Masters & Beginners alike imo!
