I think everyone should be acquainted with these marvellous techniques that can help you get even instant results. It's about the most versatile and practical book on energy healing. No doubt, Ms. Eden is extraordinarily gifted. The information presented in text is empowering and thorough. However, the figures and exercises are scattered throughout the book, flanked by other discussions and I found myself jumping around and losing my place, particularly since the text throughout appears fairly consistent. Practically speaking, I would have preferred if the figures were all in one place that I could quickly refer to, as well as the "how-to" boxes in another, leaving the text (research, stories and explanations woven together) to be read as one piece. That way, the theory, supported by stories and data, is understood broadly, and then when ready, the practical exercises are easily found and how they relate to one another is easier to see. Naturally, cross-referencing would assist as well.Also, I would have liked more illustrations. In one exercise, the reader is to press on the "oh my god" spot on the forehead??? I associate that with putting my hand over my mouth, so I'm a bit confused. No illustration depicted this.
In spite of the above, I think this is a valuable resource and worthy of purchase. I would like to purchase the videos, however, hopeful that the demonstrations will clear up any confusion on the practical exercises.

Donna's ability to guide the reader through the body's complex, multi-layered energy system is quite remarkable. What makes her views so credible is that they're grounded not in theoretical speculations but in years of practical experience working with other people's energy systems and her own journey into self-healing. Energy Medicine is a must read for anyone interested in developing their own healing potential or, simply to gain a greater understanding of their own human body/mind/spirit system.Book Review: Donna Eden - Excellent!

Donna Eden is indeed the 'guru' of Energy Medicine. I purchased her book a couple of years ago and then bought this for a friend. Intelligently written, easily understood, and proves without a doubt that energy is very real. Donna Eden is wonderful and her techniques are life changing.
