Book Review: Donna Eden is the best

What an extraordinary, clear, compassionate role model for anyone who does spiritual work!It's an understatement to say that I love this book. I've studied (and use) Healing Touch and Reiki, but Eden's techniques are at least as helpful, and they've filled in the gaps between my needs and the assistance provided by these other wonderful modalities.
Professionally, I facilitate spiritual and emotional healing--rather than directly addressing the physical level--and so my standards are high for discussion about auras. And Eden's insights are just marvellous. For my next edition of "Aura Reading Through All Your Senses," I plan to put this great book in the bibliography along with high, high praise.
Book Review: Double Blind Studies

I have researched the subject of EMT and found that using double blind, objective studies proved that it is not effective and does not work. You will notice that all references used in this text and other books about this subject are doctors and others that participate in the marketing and profit by selling their books, tapes, DVD's, seminar, etc. You can get free information about EMT by doing a Google search which will cover most if not all that's in this book. I don't like to see people waste their money on stuff that is unproven. The materially didn't help me.Book Review: Down to Earth, Clear, Informative

I attended a workshop where Donna talked and demonstrated several of the energy techniques contained in her book. Her clear, natural,"down to earth", humorous presentation carries through in her book, making accessible to the reader information gleaned from her own experience and correlating to for instance the Chinese meridan system. This information and the techniques I have found extremely helpful in dealing with anxiety, exhaustion, fear,and similiar debilitating mental/emotional states during an extended period of transition in my life (changing jobs and life direction twice in two years) I often refer to this wonderful book for insight and assistance.Book Review: Energy Healing

She shows us that it is within our daily reach to be able to strengthen and maintain our own vitality to support our own healing and reminds us all that the journey to health and wellness is one that we must walk with consciousness and awareness. Thank you to Donna for demystifying the very essence of human health and well-being! I use the book daily and the exercises have helped me to manage stress and to break through some habitual and unhealthy patterns in my life. A wonderful book! This book is a goldmine of information on energy medicine. It is packed with useful "exercises" that will soon become part of your daily repertoire to enhance your life. I have used the tools both individually and in a group and it is always astonishing how powerfully they work.
The book is easy to read and understand. Extensive diagrams are clear and pinpoint the areas of the body that are referenced in the text. Of all the books I have read on this subject, this one by Donna Eden remains the most accessible and informative.
