Book Review: Excellent Book!

This is a really great book! Easy to understand and apply. Interesting to read, and it's an excellent reference book as well! I also have the Energy Kit that Donna Eden has out and recommend getting that too. The info in the kit is contained in this book, but there is a DVD included where you can actually see Donna Eden doing the energy work and it makes it much easier to know that you're doing things correctly, plus she is fun to watch. You also a booklet and cards that make it even easier to do the energy works, along with the pendulum. I have other pendulums, but this one has a string thru the top which makes it very easy to use to 'spin' over chakras and meridian points. It's not difficult to see that this energy stuff works because you can muscle/energy test and see the differences immediately. I bought this book as a replacement for one that I loaned out and never got back.Donna Eden's book on Energy Medicine is a great resource for any energy healer to have as it is full of important information. I have been healing with vibrational energies since 1995. I am trained in a number of energy healing modalities,teach several energy healing modalities and recommend this book to anyone interested in healing themselves or others in a very natural, non intrusive manner.Book Review: Fabulous resource!

I recommend "Energy Medicine" to all of my clients. It contains simple and effective exercises that anyone can use to bring their body into balance, and heal from emotional and physical concerns.
As someone who specializes in trauma, I find this a particularly valuable resource for those with trauma histories. If you have a trauma history, look up "triple warmer meridian" in the index and check and see if what you read resonates for you. Virtually every trauma survivor I have worked with has had issues with their triple warmer meridian.
Using this book you can easily learn to sedate your triple warmer. I have had clients begin to sedate their triple warmer meridian 2-3 times per day and their PTSD symptoms immediately and remarkably improved.
I have incorporated many Energy Medicine techniques in my own book, and now use Zensight to help people to achieve these results even faster and more easily using - though I still recommed performing the physical exercises regularly as well.

This is another bible of mine. I love the work of Donna Eden using vibrational medicine. Her book is well laid out, easy to read, fantastic diagrams and the easiest and most fun way of helping yourself to feel better and increase your health. This is a brilliant work!Book Review: Good and not Good

I enjoyed the book. There are great techniques to lean to help yourself. I have used them and have also used them to help my family as well. I was disturbed in some of her chapters about speaking with another realm or speaking with a dead loved one or ancestor. This is where I drew the line and had to delete the pages from the book. Even if you do not believe in these things as I do, there are still many helpful and scientific approaches to her techniques. I also did feel that there where lots of contradictions in her book as well. Besides two chapters in the entire book, I thought it was ok.
