I am on the SCD diet and looked forward to this book. I enjoy cooking and have a wide range of cookbooks. Many of the recipes in this book are badly put together. For this price I also expected a much better layout. The photographs are the most unattractive I have ever seen in a cookbook. Very uninspirational.
