Book Review: BEST ITALIAN RECIPES EVER! Summary: 5 StarsI am a huge fan of the Food Network - love Paula Deen, Ina Garten, Rachael Ray (except for her EVOO!!) and Giada De Laurentiis - every recipe I've made from any of these chefs have produced wonderful results. I have to admit - I've never been a fan of Italian food - it was always the same pasta, tomatoes and cheese - but Giada's recipes just do something "different" to those ingredients and so much more. Her cookbook is beautiful - I only wish she had some of the recipes I make religiously from her show - farmer's pasta, profiteroles with mascarpone - these two recipes I've made several times for family and they are gobbled up. Good work.
Book Review: Simple, Easy, and Great Summary: 5 StarsI have watched Giada's show from the beginning and she always has great recipes and tips that are simple and tasty. This book is no different. I am a huge fan of Giada. This is a great book for beginners and experts alike. Ive been waiting since november for this book and i cannot believe that I have this book now.
I cant wait to get the DVDs!
Book Review: Giada rocks! Summary: 5 StarsI'm a huge fan of Giada's and watch her show religiously. I have tried several of her recipes, which are always straightforward and simple and produce stellar results. Giada's focus is on flavor, freshness and simplicity, and her love of good food is contagious.
Naturally, I have been counting the days until this book came out. My favorite recipes are here, plus so many more that I can't wait to try!
I would recommend that anyone try her recipes, which prove that it is not necessary to spend the entire day in the kitchen to produce fantastic, fresh and healthy food.
