Book Review: A life saver

This book is a remarkable find for me. It was recommended to me by a friend a couple of months ago and it has changed my life. I am a type II diabetic and have recently settled on the low carb way of life to control my diabetes, partly due to this book. With this cookbook I can now have real foods like ketchup, French Dressing, 1000 Island Dressing and Worcestershire sauce and, unlike other low carb cookbooks, I have a very good estimate of how many carbs I've had. Many of the meals, such as the Quiche Lorraine Frittata and Caesar Salad (one of my personal favorites), can be fixed in 20 minutes or thereabouts. Most of the rest of them take no longer than a normal meal to prepare, 45 minutes or less. The book has also brought my family closer together because now I don't have to prepare two separate meals, one for me and one for them. My teenagers are especially fond of the pizza, the Pepperoni Chicken and the various Bar-B-Ques. I'll be ordering several copies for everyone I know who needs to be eating low carb.
